all safety Pregnancy points

Hey  Everyone

There are a lot of questions running every time in pregnant mom’s mind. So ready guys most of the questions are going to be answered today.

There are a lot so I will cover them in some sections. Today there are safety-related issues for pregnant mommies during their 2nd and third trimester.

You have to be careful about how you walk, what you eat, how to go outside every time in your 2nd and 3rd trimester. Here are few tips for you.
Safety
Here are some of the tips for you guys during pregnancy.
You can use any products during pregnancy but try to avoid chemical products during the 1st trimester. That phase is actually risky, chemicals may affect your blood circulation and that is why people avoid dye or hair color during pregnancy.
There are some exercises only that you can do but just take care of one thing you should not out of breath. I prefer pregnancy yogas only.
You should have enough sleep and in the best possible positions. Always take care of your postures. You can buy pregnancy pillow that will maintain your safety.
You should be careful about your household works. You shouldn’t move furniture or any work of weightlifting. You can do mopping and cleaning. Avoid mosquitoes spray or any kind of paint fumes etc. That may be harmful to your baby.
You should avoid drinks during pregnancy. Many people think only to avoid rum but you shouldn’t take any kind of alcohol.

You should also avoid caffeine as much as possible.

Don’t use heels during pregnancy that may affect your balance so please avoid.
Don’t wear too tight clothes near the abdomen. I mean it should be comfortable. You can have stretchable clothes now.
Avoid traveling during the third trimester that really affects. You can go shopping and nearby areas but don’t travel too far.
Say no to papaya. Actually, it affects your lactation process. Don’t have it.
Thank you.
