White discharge during pregnancy

Hey everyone
Here i am with a very sensitive issue of women, Leukorrhea. It a normal thing for girls and women out there. But it may cost you when avoided.

It is the thing when many women get embarrassed while talking about. But i think we should think about our body and its requirements first. Love yourself, love your body and love everything whether it is food fashion or vaginal care. 

Treat your vagina as a body part like any other. Hygiene is a very important thing to do. 

Leukorrhea is a vaginal discharge. It is actually also known as white or yellowish discharge. It can happen at any age. it may go for a while and come after some years. There is no consistency of occurrence. 

There are many causes for this. I am here to explain everything about it. I first gonna give my experience regarding this. 

I had that when i was 15 yrs old. I got that after my periods arrived. sometimes it may come before periods. I then weent to a doc and i was told that i had an infection there and i had to take some medicine. 

But it never end for me actually. It happened after some years again then completely gone and then came. 

Then after i got pregnant it started like OMG. I again went to  doc and i was prescribed Vwash plus for vaginal wash because the ph level is different there and i maintain my hygiene like never before then it reduced some level but not gone. 

Then i was told by doc that it's normal during pregnancy to have vaginal discharge. It should not be like too much that you found you panty wet in every discharge. It occurred three to four times a day or may be more. 

There is nothing to worry for this if in limited amount. So i start a brief discussion about the same as

There are many causes actually but the main things are
Hormonal imbalance
Infection, yeast infection 
Genetic disease 

1. Texture
White or yellowish or grey color 
Very thick or mucus like or may be thin 

2. Smell
It is odorless mostly 
Have a mild smell 

3. When you should take it seriously during pregnancy 

1. When in every discharge you found your panty wet. So this is too much. Consult your doc. 
2. When it changes its color. Become green or darker or have a blood spot or clots then consult your doc. 
3. When it smell very fishy or very strong, then there is some infection around there. So consult your doc. 
4. If you feel itching and irritation and any kinda pain then consult your doc. 

4. What should I do 
Never treat it by yourself. Always notify this to your health care provider. 

You should use cotton panty liners if it make you feel more comfortable. 

Wash your vagina with Vwash to maintain the ph level there

Maintain your hygiene like never before. 

There are some good and bad bacteria in vagina and you have to maintain the good bacteria there,  so never use anything that affect those. Always always always consult your doc.

2018 Tips for Working Mothers

The role of women is the very important in housekeeping. When it comes to working women, she contributes significantly to supporting her family.
Women are equally capable of earning. But the different thing is that woman has to face many problems than man. She has to fulfill the responsibilities of both home and workplace.

Thus the responsibilities of workplace and home dominate women's time. Consequently, their life becomes complicated. If you are a working mother, for your help we have 5 tips. With the help of these tips, you will not have to neglect the family and you will also be able to give your best in the workplace.

Manage your time
It is extremely important to manage the time if you understand the importance of both job and family. You need to pay attention that how are you spending your time. For managing the time, you have to know that what is your priority and what things can wait.
If you want to save the next day’s time, prepare the work at night as much as possible for the morning such as iron your clothes, cleaning the vegetables, fruits and packing your bag.
Spend less time on social media and Facebook. And try to do multitask.
For example, you can do house works while making a phone call or can cut vegetables while watching TV. Many women work for extra hours in the office.
Working extra hours is not wrong but do not make it a habit. 8 hours is enough for office work. Try to complete all the work within that time.

Spend time with family
Spending time with family is the most essential. If you want to do the best as a mother then never carry your work stress at home. It can separate your family from you. If you want to get relief from stress, pass the evening time with your kids instead of TV, mobile, or computer.

Share your thoughts with them and listen carefully to their school experiences. Play with your children and help them with homework. And try that your husband is also involved in these activities.

Make a to-do list
You may forget the essential things of the house due to the stress of the office work. So the only way to deal with this problem is the to-do list. You can note some of the essential work of the house in this list.
You should write the important things on the list with an effective way so that you can check-off after completing the work. Divide the to-do list into three sections. In the first section, include the tasks that need immediate attention.
In the second section, include the tasks that you can do at any time until the weekend. And in the third, include long-term projects.
For example, you can include monthly grocery purchase, keeping doctor’s appointments, taking medicines on time, paying children's school fees and many more. You can use other options such as apps to remember the things.
These wonderful apps will help you to fulfill both home and workplace responsibilities effectively. And you can also set reminder alerts on your mobile to remember the important things that are related to your family and office. 
The most important thing is that if you work on time, you can earn time for other works or relaxation.

Take time to eat

Working women often face a shortage of time and energy. You can play both responsibilities if your energy level is high. You return home in the evening after getting tired from the office.
Then you can feel unable to do housework. Due to such a workload, you may feel stress. You can face a headache. Take some time to get relief from them. And provide energy to your body so that you can be able to do housework.
So after returning from office, eat some fruits, nuts or milk. After consuming these foods, you will feel relief. And you will definitely able to fulfill the needs of children and family.

Enjoy some ‘me’ time
You are an individual along with mother and working woman. It is necessary to take time for yourself. Even you should keep yourself mentally and physically healthy.
Take time to practice yoga, meditation practice, and physical exercise to keep yourself healthy. Even If you practice for a while, it will certainly give you enough energy, confidence, and peace.
If you include your children and husband in the exercise, then your entire family can take advantage of it, and you will be able to spend time together.

Stressful pregnancy

Hey everyone

I am here with a common problem of all expected women, STRESS. This is a common thing during pregnancy. I is long lasting too and then it affect you and your baby. It may cause some complications too. 

I was really full stressed during pregnancy. I missed my parents and I had severe backache. I cried a lot a lot really. Every time I went to the hospital for routine checkup I start crying and my gynecologist console somehow. 

Here are some details of pregnancy stresses .

Types of stresses during pregnancy
There are some types of stresses found in expected women. There are  pregnancy related stress, career , divorce , or one lost her family member or loved one etc. These are uncontrollable stresses. 

Pregnancy related stress is very common one to the new moms or first time moms. It is mainly about delivery circumstances , nausea, backache, tiredness, body etc. These are very common and don't affect your body and fetus. 

I have gone through the backache. I don't know why but there were severe backache every time till 6 month of pregnancy.

Losing someone during pregnancy or divorces, are really very stressful conditions for a woman . 

How stress affect your pregnancy
First thing I would say is whatever you think during pregnancy will affect your baby. That doesn't mean only stresses but happiness , anger, fun, travel everything. 

That's why people suggest you to be happy and watch good things only as it affects directly to baby.
It may affect baby's thinking and brain development . Sometimes it causes low birth weight baby. High BP or heart diseases may be results in Pregnancy. 

Some baby's afraid of small things .Sometimes stress make your pregnancy worst by raising complications that results is miscarriage sometimes. 

So ladies please do take care of yourself. 

Hormones affects your stress level

You can see a major difference in your behavior, cravings and skin and everything. That also affects your thinking and stress level. Many times women feel stressful due to hormones level. 

We think too much that time and make our day full of tension. Sometimes we just focus on words of others and that make us upset. We start thinking of only that and that full day just gone. 

we generally focus on negativity and something bad occur in flashback. I was actually like that so I think the same for everyone. These all are the hormonal effects and a common pregnancy symptoms.

Some Tips for stress relief

1. Talk : Find someone who could listen your views and problems and issues you face. This will really affect you.It can be anyone your Mother-in-law, sister-in-law, mom, sister, father, anyone even your maid. Just focus on your condition and you want someone then go for it. Don't think too much.

2. Support: If you want any kinda help regarding your work, baby , cooking, skin, or anything. Go for it.

3. Routine: The day your baby come in your life, from that day onward you should try to make a routine for your baby. It may take a month or two but you should follow that. And you should follow a routine according to baby's routine. Make yourself into the routine. that will really help you out in pregnancy and post pregnancy.

4. Meditation or Yoga: You should get time from your whole day and give at least 30 mins for meditation or yoga. That make your mind relaxed and peaceful. 

5. Follow your passion: There are definitely certain things that makes you happy. It can be cooking, reading, watching movies, Music etc. Just go for it and make yourself happy.

6. Affirmation: Say some positive affirmations daily and you will see the difference i must say. Make some small goals daily and do that anyhow, that will make you happy and stress free.

7. Outing: I am not saying for outing for every week but you should go out for at least once a month. There are many things you should be careful about during pregnancy but if your gynac permit for that then go for it.

8. Avoid Negative People: There are many people who talk only negative things and focus on only negative just ignore those. You want to be happy right? Ignore and do something else just distract yourself in that moment. Why to think negative you are going to be a mom and you are a creator, its a wonderful feeling and don't waste it by thinking negative.

Its your life and you are responsible for good as well bad in your life. Its your decision. Just follow some of the above and you will see the difference.

How much you should rely on Google for your doubts

Hey Everyone

I think everyone follow google if stuck in somewhere in their life. Google is the best informative source for everyone and for everything.

It seems more than a just search engine. It has every knowledge about every topics i guess. I think whenever I was in doubt of experimenting something, I just go for Google search.

I have followed many things during my pregnancy. When i was expecting, I just started following google for every doubt, I have. I want to be the perfect mom and i guess every woman think the same from the day she got to know about it.

But sometimes we follow it blindly and I have seen many women out there who don't see their own situation and limits. I think there are many things that may work for many but not everyone, isn't it? If someone is happy by following some rules they find on Google, that may not be work for me.

This article is for those who follow blindly. Many times we do mistakes even with our child unknowingly.

I can say every pregnancy is different and every child is different. The hormones are the major cause of all your desire and activity during pregnancy.

Does every woman has the same hormonal level in her body?

The answer is 'NO'.

That's why you should think and analyse before you apply something. What are the things you should be careful about?

There are certain things you should keep in mind before applying on yourself or on your loved ones.

1. you should do research for your one doubt thoroughly. I mean first analyse your problems. What is your main problem or doubt? if your baby doesn't eat then what are the causes for not eating anything for a baby. Or how much your baby should eat in a day?

I searched these things many times on google and found many solutions but I should decide first what is the main reason behind it .
Then I will chose the one or two solutions from Google and give a try for three days. If it works then bingo.

2. Always think before you try anything new on your child. Analyse and then give a try if you think this can work.

3. If your baby or child or anyone don't want to do that, don't force them to do in your way. Let them decide.

4. In case of infants always ask for two three elder ones in your family and then think of trying that. They will give you the best solution for sure.

5. Try to avoid chemical related things on your loved ones. Any kind of medications should not be tried only to see on Google. Always go to Doctors for any kind of medication you want.

I think i said many things to make me clear to you. I don't want to follow blindly to anyone. You should analyse and observe many things before you give a try to anything. I am also suggesting many things here but only follow when you feel positive with that.

You want some relief : Must Read

Hey Everyone

Hope you all are good with your new ones. Enjoy every moment, it is the best moments of your life.

There are lot of things that makes your life very hectic.  You have  lot of work to do for your newone and of course your hubby. They also behave like a baby, i think, sometimes. 

You have to take care of yourself ,but how? 
That's a big big question i think. Everyone will say something but you only understand your condition and situation. 

I can say every baby is different in some aspects, in their routine and behaviour and eating habits. So whatever people suggest, they are suggesting according to their conditions. That doesn't mean that they are wrong but I must say that may work or may not for you. 

So don't pressurise yourself if that doesn't work for you. You just have to think HOW? How things can work for you and what are the changes you can make for yourself. 

You have to manage somehow  because the perfect time never comes . You have to think and do from the very moment. Don't think you will do after this or that, just go for it. OK I am coming to the point.

There are few things you can start with:

Meditation is a bliss for you. It will take your mind in a different peace of state, away from the pain, dilemma that a new mom faces, being a first time mom. 

No matter you do it in the morning or evening or full stomach or empty stomach. Just start yourself for your betterment. If you don't find time just do focus on your breathing process. Inhale and exhale that's it.
I will discuss how to meditate in my next post. 

The difficulty you face make your mind very sad and rude which have a direct impact on the behavior of newborn. As i said, Kids are the reflection of our behaviour.

Try to get up early in morning, have a walk for at least half an hour in fresh air . Meditate for a while ,try to get in touch with your kid in the lap. Take early morning Rays which will improve vitamin D of your newborn.


Then after that you can do  PRANAYAMAS like Kapalbhati or Anulom Vilom. 

Use some acupressure exercises on your hands and legs. It is a science actually, There are some points in our hand and leg, that are directly connected to our internal organs. You just have to find your problem point. When you press those points regularly, that may solve your problems and give you relief. 

If you follow this, you will definitely get a lot of relief in your Body and mind.

Gestational diabetes : all aspects

Some of you may be know about gestational diabetes and how to control it and what are the effects of it post delivery. But many people have no idea about gestational diabetes.  So here I am sharing most of it.

I have also gone through the same in my 3rd trimester. Then my gynaecologist said you have to cut sugar completely and if it will not be controlled then you have to take two insulin shots before delivery.

I was shocked because I never had diabetes and suddenly insulin shots. I had a sweet tooth during my pregnancy. Then I control over my diet and exercise daily.

After some days I checked again and found controlled and I was like "Thank God". One of my friend also gone through this but she has  gestational diabetes in her starting of 2nd trimester. And she was controlled by taking some medicines and finally insulin and then gave birth to a boy.
That's why I think I should share you all about gestational diabetes.
Target ranges advised by the Australasian Diabetes in Pregnancy Society are as follows:

  • fasting capillary blood glucose levels <5.5 mmol/L
  • 1 hour postprandial capillary blood glucose levels <8.0 mmol/L
  • 2 hour postprandial blood glucose levels <6.7 mmol/L
It is a condition in which a woman develops high blood sugar levels during pregnancy. Generally results in few symptoms;

it does increase the risk of preeclampsia, depression, and requiring a Caesarean section. 

Since insulin resistance is highest in mornings, breakfast carbohydrates need to be restricted more. Ingesting more fiber in foods with whole grains, or fruit and vegetables can also reduce the risk of gestational diabetes.

The two main risks 
1. It imposes on the baby are growth abnormalities and chemical imbalances after birth, which may require admission to a neonatal intensive care unit. Infants are at risk of being both large for gestational age.
2. Small for gestational age and Intrauterine growth retardation in managed GDM. 

Babies born to mothers with poorly treated gestational diabetes are at increased risk of being too largehaving low blood sugar after birth, and jaundice. 
If untreated, it can also result in a stillbirth, Long term, children are at higher risk of being overweight and developing type 2 diabetes.
By maintaining a healthy weight and exercising before pregnancy. Gestational diabetes is treated with a diabetic diet, exercise, and possibly insulin injections. 

Most women are able to manage their blood sugar with a diet and exercise. Blood sugar testing among those who are affected is often recommended four times a day. 

Breastfeeding is recommended as soon as possible after birth.
Gestational diabetes affects 3–9% of pregnancies, depending on the population studied. 

It is especially common during the last three months of pregnancy. It affects 1% of those under the age of 20 and 13% of those over the age of 44.
For good pregnancy outcomes, Counselling before pregnancy (for example, about preventive folic acid supplements) and multidisciplinary management are important . 

Self monitoring of blood glucose levels can guide therapy. Some women will need antidiabetic drugs, most commonly insulin therapy.
Any diet needs to provide sufficient calories for pregnancy, typically 2,000 – 2,500 kcal with the exclusion of simple carbohydrates.

Going out with a toddler

There are very rare chances when you go out after having a baby. It's very difficult. Doing all the house works and then baby's care is very hectic. 

But you need some time for yourself. Sometimes you want to have dine out or lunch or just shoppin,that way you can make yourself calm and energetic.

But with a baby, this becomes worst. Your baby starts crying and making the place, a total mess. 

You go out for your change but you won't feel  the same or even worst sometimes.

Toddlers should be treated nicely every time

You can't control their activities by instructing them. You have to be careful and alert too.

If you want to go out for dinner or party or just for shopping and you have a toddler., then it's going to be the toughest task for you. 

That doesn't mean you should always stay at home and get bored all the time.

You just have to be careful about certain things and yes it will be difficult but not worst.

1. Make sure your toddler has completed his nap. If he feel sleepy then you can't enjoy your outing. He will cry and make it worst. So always take care of his routine and sleep.

2.Always make sure your toddler is in happy mood if you are going out. Don't shout on him on that day atleast before going. Let him do whatever he likes.

3. Make him full at home before you go outside. You should always trust only home made foods for baby. So make him full, you never know about outside.

4. Keep some snacks with you so that if you stuck somewhere in traffic , you can make him eat something. I would say keep some  of his favourite.

5. Make your bag ready according to your toddler habits.

6. Make yourself ready before you start your toddler ready. They think they are ready and then they just gonna outside the house. So I always make myself ready and then I get ready my dear daughter.

7. I always keep one extra outfit for her whenever I go outside. You never know when you need an outfit if you have a naughty toddler like mine.

These are few things you should be make sure before going out . And chill ladies don't get upset for anything wrong happen outside , you just do whatever you can do.

Signs of first time Mommies

The feeling of becoming a mom for the first time is unexplainable. Becoming a mother is an awesome feeling and if it is the feeling you are experiencing for the first time you are very excited.

You do many things those are not required at all or sometimes foolish activities.

Those who felt, can relate all this with them. Here are some signs you are first time mom.

1. You become a very strict to others. You start making rules for everyone regarding your baby.

2. You make birthday celebration every month. Hehe this is really funny. I did too.

People around you think this is the most foolish things you do.

3. You have a large stock of sanitizers and diapers.

4. You buy toys like hell. The baby room is full of toys.

5. You research a lot on Google for the first time. In second you don't need advice and research. You are an expert in this field.

6. You don't trust anyone.

7. You bath your baby daily. Actually you are more alert in the first time.

8. You are hurt when anyone points some mistakes you did and if you did right you will not listen to anyone.

9. Photoshoots and all are on time for the first time pregnancy. In second time you say ok let it be.

Guilt free parenting

Hey Everyone!
Parenting is really a very challenging task for anyone. We always want to do our best for our kid being the best parents in this world. We want our kids that they never questions our parenting, Isn't it?

So what we think, does it really happens in our child's life? The answer is NO.

There is always something that you can't control. Many things are beyond our limits.
And for some mistakes we did, we start feeling guilty. 

For Moms it started from the first day when the baby is born. We become a different personality and want to do each and every thing perfectly.

And when anything we can't do or do something wrong unknowingly, we start making ourselves guilty that oh I am not a good mother.

It happened with me too when my baby fell off the bed at age of only three months. I was like crying and crying. And you know, I felt so guilty and even today while writing this ,I am full of guilt.

There are many things regarding food, many foods are not good for the baby and you just give them a little. 

TV is the only way I can make my daughter eat something otherwise I can not make her eat. But this actually is not the right way.  

There are many things we do that actually is not right way to do but we do. 

I can say parenting is very very tough task, don't make it cruel by feeling guilty inside. 

Let it be. 

Why a father never gets the love he deserves from his children

Ok I know this is the point where everyone can connect themselves in his family, I think it happens to everyone.

Mother always sacrifice a lot,yes it's true but anyone think a bit of what father sacrifices for his child, his family, his entire life.
A couple who becomes a new parent, there is a new member join them, a little baby. Who don't want to be with them or who don't want to spend time with the baby? It depends on the situation of parents.
Mother always has to be with baby because of breastfeeding and other caring things that a mother can do only. And every one knows one has to go out for earnings? In most of the cases it's a FATHER
A father also wants to spend time with a child and some quality moments but he can't do this, just to earn money because at the end ,this is the important thing for our living.
I want every child to think about this once. We just think about our moms. Our parents sacrifices equally what they can do at their level. No one is comparable. We should give same respect and love to both of them. 
Many times our mother shows her love and father can't. That's the difference between a male and female. Females can show their love and emotions easily then men.
When the father retires and becomes old then he only want to do those things what he couldn't do before just because of his busy schedule. 
Just think once if he would have spended time with you then what would have been the economic status of your life. 
We only get to know these things when we  actually become parents and then only we can realise the sacrifices of our MOM and DAD. Sometimes it gets too late to understand.
I just want to say few things you can do-:

1. don't leave your parents alone I mean yes it is difficult but you can spend at least one or two hrs a day with them. Trust me guys you will make their day by spending only one or two hrs a day.
2. Spend time with your father alone. Sometimes your father needs one to one talk with you. 
3 never compare your mother and father sacrifices. They did the best for you at their level. 
4. Have a small trip with your parents.
5. Make your father busy in something he can do at that time.

Newborn Development in one month

Hi Everyone

When you become a first time mom, there are a lot of confusions regarding the development or your baby.

There are a lot of questions in your mind. your baby is developing right or not? she is gaining right weight or not? Her activities are positive or not? Is she hungry or full? so don't worry here I am just making you comfortable.

See babies can't see so far ,they can see only upto 10 inches.

They can see only black and white patterns only. She can recognize your touch and voice. She can feel your presence from the few weeks of her age.

Many infants can start controlling their head from the first month but it may take upto three months.

Your Role
1. Always talk to your baby whenever she is active and make eye contact. That make bonding with you baby.

2. First month is very hectic actually you must be busy breastfeeding, massaging and many things. Always feed your baby after 1 hr in normal condition.
Many infants feed after 30 minutes so don't be afraid. Whenever you feed your newborn you can feel some gain in her body.

3. Always check the weight of your baby after one week passed. Check and make a record actually if you can't feel the weight gain by holding in your hand.

4. Always keep her in a quiet environment and the room should be of normal temperature, clean and always try to switch ON the light.

5. Start making her routine from the day 1.
Make her realise Its daytime and its nighttime. If there are sunlight and a mess and people around then daytime and if there is darkness, peace environment and no stranger around its night time.

6. Don't follow the google instructions blindly.
Follow instructions according to your baby and your situation. Many babies are slow and many are fast in every aspects, that doesn't means your baby is not doing great.

7. Burp as much as possible for you. It is a must.

Who is the best consultant for life: you or your child

Every Time there is a baby in the house and you become joyful.

You start playing unknowingly ,you sing unknowingly and you laugh unknowingly. And when a baby born we think it's time to teach them but it's the time to learn. 

They are the best consultant of life. What you think?
Every Time you scold them and at the next moment they started playing and come to you and make you laugh, isn't it? 

And what we do, we don't forget and forgive easily. 

We take the words from others and make our mood upset every time. You should learn from your baby.
You give anything to a child anything like a piece of wood, they make their whole day by playing with the wood. 

You give them anything they make it in a joyful thing. What you learn from that? We are not happy with whatever we have, we always think of other things and make our life hell by running towards other things.

What we should teach to our babies. 

I think the physical things they will learn accordingly by their own. 

You just have to guide a little. Don't teach them adulthood. They will learn all this. 

Just become a guide and learn many things from your baby. They really are the best consultant for life.
Watch your baby's activity every time and then you will realise whatever I said today is true actually.

2017 parenting rules. Be a friend

Hi Everyone

It's 2017 and things, thinkings, environment and everything you feel is changed if compare them with the time of your childhood.

So you can easily understand the parenthood rules must change now.

You can't behave as our parents behaved. What are the things you should do to change within you.

Don't be a controller of your baby 

You actually can control your baby's life till they are babies.

You can't control everything and everytime. Whenever you are in trouble where you want to go, you have two options 
1 go to your parents
2 go to your friends

I definitely choose the second one and most of the people choose the same.

Why?? Why you don't think of your parents? 
Think about it.

As parents always think good for us and always supported us but why we don't go to them every time we need someone?

That's really you don't want with your child I guess.

So this can be change only when you become a friend of your child and that's start from the very beginning when your baby is just one or two years old.

You think you become a friend when your baby become a teenager then forget about it you will never be. Start from today.

That's is the basic rule of parenting now.
